New Featurette for THE LONE RANGER - Armie Hammer Cliff Stunt
Disney has released a new featurette for their upcoming western epic, The Lone Ranger. This flick looks like it's going to provide audiences with some fun entertainment. This behind the scenes look show us Armie Hammer preparing for a death-defying stunt that director Gore Verbinski wants him to pull off. It's actually kind of funny. They are shooting the scene in Moab, Utah on the side of cliff, and just watching this made me nervous. I'm not a big fan of heights, so doing something like this would scare the shit out of me.
The film also stars Johnny Depp, Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson, and Helena Bonham Carter. It comes out on July 3rd, and I'm excited to see it!
From producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Gore Verbinski, the filmmaking team behind the blockbuster “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise, comes Disney/Jerry Bruckheimer Films’ “The Lone Ranger,” a thrilling adventure infused with action and humor, in which the famed masked hero is brought to life through new eyes. Native American spirit warrior Tonto (Johnny Depp) recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid (Armie Hammer), a man of the law, into a legend of justice–taking the audience on a runaway train of epic surprises and humorous friction as the two unlikely heroes must learn to work together and fight against greed and corruption.
