Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass Could Return for More BOURNE
I honestly never thought I would see Matt Damon and Paul Greengrass team back up for another Bourne film. Especially after the fourth film they were developing fell apart. According to Twitch though, Universal Pictures is working really hard to try to make it happen, and they are in negotiations with both Damon and Greengrass to return.
Damon has made it very clear over the years that he is only interested in returning if Greengrass comes back. So if Universal actually nabs him then Damon is sure to follow. I loved the Bourne films that these two guys made together, but I didn't really care for the spinoff, Bourne: Legacy.
Speaking of which, the sequel to Jeremy Renner's film is still moving forward and this other Bourne film that Universal is trying get off the ground won't affect it. Of course, if everything goes according to plan, there's a potential character crossover.
I hope these deals go through, because it would be pretty awesome to see another great Bourne film.
