Jim Carrey Sports His Chipped Tooth for DUMB & DUMBER TO
Later this year the Farrelly Bros. start production on Dumb & Dumber To, which is a sequel to the 1994 comedy classic. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are set to reprise their roles as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, and Carrey is getting ready for the part as he is now showing off his chipped tooth from the first movie. Carrey actually chipped his tooth when he was a kid, and he took the cap off to play this character.
The movie takes place 20 years after the events of the first film, and here's a previous description of what the story will entail from director Bobby Farrelly,
"I can tell you that there is no growth out of either one of them and it's 20 years later... these guys are in regular life and they're still basically children at heart. The story revolves around the fact that one of them may have sired a child. They want to go and find the child because he's having a kidney problem and he wants to ask him for one of his kidneys."
Dumb & Dumber is one of my favorite Jim Carrey comedies, and I think it's great that we'll get to see these character back up on the big screen!
