Seth Rogen and Zac Efron face off in this funny-looking new comedy called Neighbors. I've never been a big fan of Efron, but this looks like it could be the best thing he's ever done. Maybe it's because he plays a douchebag. All I know is the movie looks like it's going to be a pretty damn entertaining comedy.

The story follows a young couple "suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby." They end up going to war with each other.

The movie was directed by Nick Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek), and it also stars Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Jake Johnson, Ike Barinholtz, and Craig Roberts.

The movie comes out on May 9th, 2013!
