TOY STORY OF TERROR! Poster Art
Last month at D23, we watched the first 10-minutes of Pixar's 30-minute special, Toy Story of Terror! Unlike a lot of other holiday specials of the past (I'm looking at you Star Wars), this is very faithful to the characters and where they left off in the films. Here's the synopsis:
What starts out as a fun road trip for the Toy Story gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this “Toy Story OF TERROR!”
The footage we saw had a lot of humor and suspense while faithfully capturing the vibe of the old school horror movies it is paying homage to. You can Joey's full description of the footage here, and watch our reaction video here.
ABC has released this art/poster/ad through EW to promote the Halloween horror special which premieres Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
