A Content Creator Vlogs The Apocalypse in Fun Teaser Trailer For The Comedy SKAL: FIGHT FOR SURVIVAL
A teaser trailer has been released for an indie apocalyptic comedy movie titled Skal: Fight For Survival. The movie centers on a content creator/influencer who finds himself caught in the middle of the apocalypse and he decided to start a vlog about it. It’s an amusing-looking social media satire film that looks like it’s worth watching.
The movie comes from filmmaker Benjamin Cappelletti and this is how the film is introduced: "My name's Arthur, a huge Internet star who's just hit 3 million subs. While in the midst of throwing an epic party to celebrate, the universe had the balls to bring on the effing apocalypse and cut my night short. What was supposed to be a perfect hangover, has turned into an epic fight for survival."
The title of the movie, "skål", is a Scandinavian word for toasting in times of celebration. It comes from an old Norse term where Vikings celebrated their war victories by drinking from the skulls of their vanquished enemies.
The movie stars Evan Marsh as Arthur, Darren Eisenhauer, Trevor Hayes, Mariah Inger, and Olivia Scriven. It’s based on the short film and series of the same name, and it looks like it will deliver some wild entertainment! There’s no word on when it will be released.
