A Couple Tries To Save Their Marriage During a Zombie Apocalypse in First Trailer For ZOO
I’ve got a trailer here for a fun looking new horror comedy called Zoo, which tells the story of a couple who are trying to save their marriage as a zombie apocalypse breaks out.
Here’s the synopsis:
Karen and John have lost the spark of married life the day they were notified that they were unable to conceive. Now they almost live like the walking dead, imprisoned by everyday life and on the verge of divorce. When the world is hit by a pandemic that really turns people into zombies, the couple have to lock themselves in their apartment, waiting for rescue. While the world outside is falling apart, they are forced to find their way back to each other and reclaim their lost love.
This actually looks like it could be an entertaining film worth checking out. I really like the concept and as you’ll see in the trailer, things take a more interesting turn when Karen and John let another couple into their house to live with them.
That adds a whole other level of craziness to the story as the two couples start to get on each others nerves.
Zoo was directed by Antonio Tublen and it stars Zoë Tapper, Ed Speleers, Jan Bijvoet and Antonia Campbell-Hughes.
There’s no release date for the film yet but it might be worth checking out.
