A Fan of THE OFFICE Writes Scripts For a 24-Episode Tenth Season
If you’re a fan of NBC’s The Office, I’ve got a fun treat to share with you. A fan of the series, writer Nick Janicki, has written a 24-episode tenth season while he’s been in lockdown during the coronavirus quarantine.
The scripts are described as a "reunion season" and an "epic, 900-page quest," which brings past and present Dunder Mifflin characters back together including Michael Scott (Steve Carell), Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson), Pam Beasley (Jenna Fischer), Jim Halpert (John Krasinski) and more. The fan-written tenth season also comes complete with modern-day pop culture references including Tiger King, Donald Trump’s presidency, video conferencing, and even Baby Yoda.
The scripts are currently available to read in PDF form on Janicki's website. The titles of the Episodes include Arrivals, Brownies, Athleap, Take Your Daughter to Work Day (Remix), WeWork, Schrute Games, Catering, A Tropical Christmas Part 1, A Tropical Christmas Part 2, Housewarming, Hotseats, Big News, Headquarters, The Candidates, Turf War (Remix), The Dunderal, Two For One, Ime Management, Laptops, Bachelor & Chill (Part I), Bachelor & Chill (Part II), The Rewatch, One Last Hoorah, Meet The Millers.
I just started reading through them and so far from what I’ve read, they’re pretty entertaining!
