A Man Dies After His Head Gets Caught In a Recliner Theater Seat

Note: This is not the theater seat the deceased passed in.

A man is dead following a freak accident in which he passed away after having his head caught in a theater seat. Screencrush reported a man dropped his phone between a plush recliner seat at a "Gold Class," Vue cinema in Europe, and became wedged underneath the electronic footrest of the chair. Details regarding exactly what happened are unknown, but the man is said to have suffered from cardiac arrest and to have died before authorities were able to free him from the chair.

I love recliner seats in theaters, so I'm pretty shaken up knowing one of these things are dangerous enough to kill someone. Of course, I'm not going to try and climb under one anytime soon, and thinking of the ones here in America, I'm not sure how an individual gets wedged under one. Any ideas?
