A Special Halloween Message from Ron Burgundy
Ron Burgundy has a special message for all you Trick 'R Treaters who are going out to celebrate Halloween tonight. I love Halloween, but I also think it's funny because it goes against two major things we teach our kids growing up: Don't talk to strangers, and definitely don't take candy from strangers.
