A Young Pregnant Woman is Cursed in Trailer For The New Horror Movie HUESERA: THE BONE WOMAN

XYZ Films has released a trailer for a creepy indie Mexican horror film titled Huesera: The Bone Woman, which centers on a young pregnant woman, who is cursed with an evil entity. As if being pregnant isn’t hard enough for women, dealing with a demonic curse must take things to nightmarish new levels. At least, that’s the vibe that I get from this trailer! This movie looks really scary!
The supernatural horror feature is led by Natalia Solián in “a star-turning performance as Valeria, a young woman expecting her first child who becomes cursed by a sinister entity. Plunged into a terrifying and dangerous world, a group of witches emerge as her only hope for safety and salvation, but not without grave risk.”
The movie comes from director Michelle Garza Cervera, who is making her feature directorial debut, with a screenplay she wrote with Abia Castillo.
XYZ Films will release the movie in select US theaters on February 10th, 2023, then on VOD starting February 16th, with a streaming release on Shudder later this year.
