A Young Woman Finds Herself on a Dark Path of Obsession in Trailer For POSER
Oscilloscope Laboratories has released the trailer for a moody-looking film titled Poser, which follows a young woman podcaster who is looking to get involved in the underground music scene of Columbus, Ohio. The movie was directed by Ori Segev and Noah Dixon and it looks interesting as this young woman ends up on a dark path.
The synopsis reads: “Wallflower Lennon Gates (Sylvie Mix) yearns for access to the inner sanctum of the underground music scene in Columbus, Ohio. When she creates a podcast to interview the local artists she adores, Lennon discovers her own musical ambitions, develops a fast friendship with the striking, confident performer Bobbi Kitten, and in the process creates an identity not wholly her own. Soon, Lennon’s aspirations, with some constructive coaxing from Bobbi to find her voice, lead her down a path of dark obsession.”
Poser opens in Columbus on June 3rd and NY and LA on June 17th.
