Aaron Ehasz Reveals Plans for a Scrapped Fourth Season of AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER

Aaron Ehasz was one of the head writers for the beloved Avatar: The Last Airbender, and he’s just dropped some cool trivia.

It turns out that Ehasz and the creators of the show Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko were actually getting ready to work on creating a fourth season that would’ve featured a redemption arc for Azula of all people. However, DiMartino and Konietzko wanted to focus on the live-action adaptation film by M. Night Shyamalan.

As perfect as the show’s ending was, I don’t know that there’s any way a fourth season could’ve been worse than what we got.

Would you have liked a fourth season of Avatar?
