ABC Schedules THE DISNEY FAMILY SINGALONG Special for Thursday

The Disney Family Singalong will be a one-hour event special to air on ABC this Thursday. During the event, celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Kristin Chenoweth, Michael Bublé, Josh Gad, and so many more will be performing singalongs to their favorite Disney songs from home. In addition to the celebrity guests, an animated character will guide the on-screen lyrics for audiences to follow.

This event comes to fill the gap left behind by Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy, who had to move up dates due to COVID-19. During the DFS, PSAs will also be aired raising awareness for Feeding America, which is aiding people across the country struggling with challenges in these difficult times. Karey Burke of ABC Entertainment said:

If there’s something that we’ve all learned in the past few weeks, it’s to cherish every moment and the importance of connection, whether through laughter, stories or music. We hope that we can help create some new unforgettable moments in everyone’s home in a way that only the magic of Disney can.
