Apple TV+ has released the first teaser trailer for their upcoming action series Lucky, featuring Anya Taylor-Joy in her first series since The Queen’s Gambit.

She is joined by a talented cast of co-stars that includes Annette Bening, Timothy Olyphant, Aunjanue Ellis Taylor, and Drew Starkey.

Based on the New York Times bestselling novel of the same name by Marissa Stapley, the show was adapted by Jonathan Tropper and executive produced by Reese Witherspoon.

The synopsis reads, "When a multi-million-dollar heist goes sideways, con artist Lucky is forced to go on the run. Pursued by both the FBI and a ruthless crime boss, Lucky must fight for her life – and a way out."

This looks like a great series that showcases Anya Taylor-Joy’s knack for action storytelling. Check out the trailer below, and watch Lucky when it hits Apple on July 15th.
