Adam Sandler Teamed Up With The UNCUT GEMS Directors For a Short Film Titled GOLDMAN V SILVERMAN

Adam Sandler teamed up with the directors of Uncut Gems, Josh and Benny Safdie, for a short film titled Goldman v Silverman and you can watch it right now.

The story centers on Rod Goldman and Al Silverman, a couple of street performers who are in conflict working the tourist scene of Times Square each trying to get the attention and money of the tourists flooding the area. The brief synopsis reads, “Goldman gets no respect and Silverman is the first one to make sure of that.”

Adam Sandler takes on the role of Goldman, while co-director Benny Safdie plays Silverman, his nemesis. While Times Square is a big area, it’s not big enough for the two of them. As the two try to settle their conflict without breaking character or interrupting their act, it escalates into a heated and awkward confrontation.

It’s great to see the team of talent still working together and I hope they come together again one day to make another film!
