Adam Savage Gets a Crash Course in the Weaponry and Blood of ALIEN: COVENANT

Former MythBuster Adam Savage and his Tested team were granted access to the Alien: Covenant set not too long ago, and they've produced another video from their time there. This one focuses on the weaponry, armor, and blood effects in the film. I've heard this movie is super bloody, and one of the things this video covers is how exactly the filmmakers managed to pull off scenes in which actors are supposed to be vomiting up excessive amounts of blood. You can always tell on SNL or something when they're feeding fake vomit through a tube and spraying it out near the actor's mouth, but the way they've designed it for this movie looks far more realistic.

On the set of the upcoming Alien: Covenant, Adam Savage learns about the array of prop guns and knives used in filming by production armorist John Bowring! Adam then stops by the breakaway effects department to see how the various alien, human, and synthetic bloods and fluids are made and used to great effect on screen!
