Adam Savage Shares How Rolo Foil Wrappers and Star Wars Model Kits Were Used in SPACE COWBOYS Models

Corridor Crew brought Mythbuster and Special FX legend Adam Savage back on the show to talk more about special effects in movies! He joins Sam and Wren as they discuss the VFX work that was done for films such as Starship Troopers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Blade Runner, Little Shop of Horrors, and Space Cowboys.

In the episode, Savage reveals that he used Rollo candy wrapper foil to create the model of the inside of a space shuttle in Space Cowboys. He also talks about the “universal greeblie” which is a part placed on every single Star Wars ship, and how he used it on one of his models for Space Cowboys.
