I am a huge fan of the Adaptable NPCs Series of unofficial supplements over on DMs Guild. Recently, Grim Press, Trevor Armstrong, and Jeffrey Fischer released Adaptable NPCs II which features 110 new NPCs with unique statblocks for you to use in your Dungeons & Dragons games. These NPCs can be so helpful when you suddenly need stats for that one character your players decided to make important to them even though you had them written off as nothing more than a simple villager.
