A adorable new trailer has been released by Disney+ for the upcoming second season of the endearing short series I Am Groot. In the show, Baby Groot gets himself into all sorts of messes and mischief, and finds a way out in the cutest ways possible. Vin Diesel returns to the series to voice Baby Groot, along with Bradley Cooper as Rocket, plus other special guests. Writer and director Kirsten Lepore is back for all five of these new episodes.

The synopsis for the new season states:

The troublemaking twig returns to mischief in the second season of I Am Groot. This time, Baby Groot finds himself exploring the universe and beyond aboard the Guardians’ spaceships, coming face-to-face—or nose-to-nose—with new and colorful creatures and environments.

This looks like it will be just as fun as the first season of shorts, which my kids rewatch regularly. It will be fun to have a few more stories to add to the rotation. Check out the new trailer below, and watch I Am Groot Season 2 on Disney+ on September 6th.
