Afro Samurai Battles Mugen in This Badass Live-Action Fan Film AFRO SAMURAI CHAMPLOO

I know you all won’t say not to watch a wicked cool live-action fan film that features Afro Samurai fighting Mugen! This is a three minute segment from a 30-minute fan film called Afro Samurai Champloo.

The film comes from Team Red Productions and was directed, shot, and storyboarded by Joseph Le. It’s explained that they will release the short in parts every week. I’ve included the fight scene clip along with the first part of the film and it’s seriously badass!

I love the style and tone and the way the fight sequences were shot were extremely high-energy and super rad! There’s no doubt that this is going to put a smile on your face. It’s cool seeing these two characters with completely different personalities and styles face off with each other.
