After 20 Years, Ash Ketchum May Finally Win The Pokemon League

It sounds like the impossible will finally happen for Ash Ketchum. Kotaku writes the protagonist of the long-running Pokemon anime may finally capture his first championship victory of the Pokemon League in an upcoming Japanese episode. You can see the preview for the episode below:

It's hard to believe that this show has been running since the mid '90s and Ash is still trying to win a major title in the Pokemon League! I remember watching his first tournament and getting upset when Charizard refused to listen to Ash and he was disqualified:

All rights go to the Pokémon Company International and SHOPRO Song Names: Set Me Off

It's been a long time since I've watched an AMV, haha. I'm really rooting for Ash to win this one out even though I haven't watched since the Johto league! Win one for the folks in Pallet!

If you haven't watched the series since the '90s, it's kind of amazing how much the show has changed visually!
