Al Pacino to Join Jordan Peele's Upcoming Nazi Hunting Series THE HUNT

Al Pacino is going to be joining Jordan Peele’s  upcoming Amazon series The Hunt, which has been described as a “vengeance-driven Nazi hunting series.” He will join the previously cast Logan Lerman.

The Hunt follows a diverse band of Nazi Hunters living in 1977 New York City. “The Hunters, as they’re known, have discovered that hundreds of high ranking Nazi officials are living among us and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the U.S. The eclectic team of Hunters will set out on a bloody quest to bring the Nazis to justice and thwart their new genocidal plans.”

Lerman will take on the role of a character named Jonah Heidelbaum, who, “when his grandmother is slain by a mysterious intruder in their apartment, sets out to track the culprit — only to find himself swept up in the mysterious organization known as The Hunt, a group of justice-seeking individuals dedicated to rooting out the Nazi murderers living in the U.S. under assumed identities.”

All we know about the character that Pacino is playing is that he is the guy who mentors Heidelbaum.

The Hunt was created by David Weil (Moonfall), and he will write the series. This is an original idea that draws from real-life events.

The series will consist of 10 episodes and with a team of talent like this developing it, it’s sure to be great!
