Alicia Silverstone, Nick Frost, and Kevin Connolly to Star in Dark Comedy KRAZY HOUSE

Alicia Silverstone (Clueless), Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead), and Kevin Connolly (Entourage) have signed on to star in the dark comedy movie Krazy House, from writer-directors Steffen Haars and Flip van der Kuil, marking the first English-language film by the duo. The cast is rounded out by Gaite Jansen, Walt Klink, Jan Bijvoet, Chris Peters, and Matti Stooker.

The synopsis reads:

Set in the 90s, “Krazy House” is about religious homemaker Bernie (Frost) and his sitcom family. When Russian workers in Bernie’s house turn out to be wanted criminals, they make Bernie and his family tear the place up in search of some old hidden loot. In order to free himself, Bernie has to man up and save his imprisoned family, while slowly going crazy.

This sounds like a wild premise! The cast is really great, so I look forward to hearing more about it. Production on the pic has just been completed in Amsterdam. Stay tuned for a release date and trailer.
