Aliens Terrorize in First Trailer for Jordan Peele's New Horror Film NOPE
“What’s a bad miracle? We got a word for that?”
The first trailer for Jordan Peele’s new horror film, Nope, recently dropped and gave us a clearer idea of what this movie is about. As we suspected, the film involves UFOs and aliens terrorizing Earth. At least, that’s what it looks like to me!
As you might expect, some creepy imagery teased in the trailer, quick little shots that will perk your interest and fear level. There’s still some mystery behind the story, but it looks like it’ll be another great film from Peele!
What we do know is that the story centers around Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer’s characters, and the film is set at a horse training ranch that they run for Hollywood productions. Steven Yeun is a rodeo ringleader of sorts, and there are flying saucers flying around in the sky and little aliens running around. It’s said that they are “residents in a lonely gulch of inland California who bear witness to an uncanny and chilling discovery.”
The movie co-stars Michael Wincott (Hitchcock, Westworld) and Brandon Perea (The OA, American Insurrection). The film will be released by Universal Pictures worldwide. Nope will suck you into theaters on July 22nd.
