All The Easter Eggs and References From THE MATRIX: RESURRECTIONS Trailer
It’s been a minute since the first trailer for The Matrix: Resurrections has been released. I don’t know about you, but I’ve watched it several times since it was released and I can’t help but get excited about this movie every time I watch it. It’s also fun to go through the trailer looking for certain things and trying to figure out what exactly is going on.
Screen Crush has released a new video that breaks down the trailer and it points out all of the Easter eggs and references that are packed into it. A lot of these things are pretty clear in the trailer, but there are a few things pointed out that you might not have noticed.
The Matrix Resurrections has finally revealed its first trailer, giving us plenty of callbacks to the original trilogy, and also plenty of mysteries. How is Neo alive? How is Trinity alive? Who are all of these people? We break down the trailer, every connection to the original Matrix films, and theorize that maybe--just maybe--it’s the humans behind everything this time around.
