AMC Theaters Will Host a 60 Hour Marvel Movie Marathon Leading Up to the Release of AVENGERS: ENDGAME
How big of a Marvel movie fan are you? Would you spend 60 hours of your life in a movie theater watching all 22 MCU films leading up to the release of Avengers: Endgame?
AMC Theaters is giving the fans that opportunity! 60 hours in a movie theater watching 22 Marvel films with fellow fans is sure to be a quite a fun and crazy experience. For those of you who are willing to go through it, you’ll be rewarded by getting to see Avengers: Endgame an hour earlier than everyone else.
Here’s the description from AMC:
"Starting Tuesday, April 23rd, see 22 films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe all leading up to Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame. This premium event will include, marathon only collectibles, exclusive content, and a special concession offer. Plus, Avengers: Endgame will start at 5pm local time, one hour earlier than regular public show times."
Unfortunately, the lengthy movie marathon will only be shown at three theater locations that include AMC Lincoln Square 13 (New York), AMC River East 21 (Chicago, Illinois) and AMC Metreon 16 (San Fransisco, California).
I actually might have attempted this if there were a marathon happening in my area, but there’s not! I’m kind of surprised they are not hosting a marathon in the Los Angeles area. Oh, well. Regardless, would you actually attempt a marathon like this in one sitting in a movie theater with a bunch of other fans?
