An AI Combat Warrior Is Introduced in Teaser Trailer for Netflix's JUNG_E From the Director of TRAIN OF BUSAN

Netflix has released a really interesting and cool teaser trailer for the upcoming sci-fi action film JUNG_E, from the director of Train to Busan, Yeon San-ho. The teaser introduces us to the creation of the main character who is an advanced A.I. combat warrior.

The story is set in a post-apocalyptic 22nd century, and it follows "a researcher at an AI lab who “leads the effort to end a civil war by cloning the brain of a heroic soldier—her mother.”

This looks like a slick-looking movie! I dig the visual style of the film, and while it looks beautifully designed, the teaser also invokes a feeling of darkness and dread as the human-like AI creation is being built. I’m definitely intrigued by what I’m seeing in the teaser and I’m looking forward to watching the movie!

The movie is set to hit Netflix on January 20th, 2023.
