That's the premise behind Wise Cracks Earthling Cinema, in which the host Garyx Wormuloid takes a look at random films they've found and tries to connect it with what his species knows of human history. This is one of those things that makes very little sense but at the same time you listen to it and realize how much thought they put into such a silly concept and you have to respect it.
