Andrew Garfield Continues to Tell People That He's Not in SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME
Andrew Garfield’s life is probably a living hell right now because as he makes the press rounds for his upcoming Netflix film Tick, Tick… BOOM!, the press won’t stop asking him about Spider-Man: No Way Home! The guy is a super talented actor who has made some great films, but all anyone wants to talk about is Spider-Man: No Way Home!
Hell, even if he is in the film, people know damn well that he’s not allowed to say anything! A new trailer for the film was recently released and a lot of fans were disappointed that they didn’t see Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire in it. Again, do people really thing that Marvel and Sony is going to make that reveal in a trailer!? Get out of town.
Now, are these Spider-Man characters in the movie? Probably, but let’s wait to see the movie to see for sure. In the meantime, with Garfield being asked if he’s in the film, he’s is still denying he’s in the movie because he can’t say that he is!
On a recent appearance on The Today Show, Garfield was asked about the upcoming Spider-Man movie and he said:
"Listen, I'm not in the film. I love Spider-Man, I always have, I was so happy to have played the part. I'm so excited to see what they do with the third one, just like you guys are, to be honest. That's not the diplomatic answer, I really, really mean it. I love Tom Holland, I love [director] Jon Watts, I love [producers] Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige, and what they've done with those movies and that character. It's an important character to me. So I'm just really excited to see what happens in the third one, as you guys are."
People just need to stop asking Garfield about the movie. It’s not like he’s going to break before the movie comes out and tells the world that he’s in it. Hell, who knows! There’s a chance that he actually might not even show up in the film!
