In early September select Target stores will once again be stocking the original Animal Crossing Series 1-4 amiibo cards. Each $5.99 pack will contain 5 regular resident cards and 1 special resident card.

You’ll be able to use these cards with any compatible Nintendo Switch game including Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Not only will you be able to use these to invite new villagers to live on your island, but you can invite them to Harv’s island for just a fun photoshoot.

There will also be special Sanrio packs also available for $5.99 that will feature characters like Hello Kitty, Pompompurin and Cinnamoroll as well as cute in-game Sanrio themed items. This is a fun way for people who haven’t already cultivated their perfect roster of residents to get the perfect villager to come to their island. Or the new Sanrio gear could be an adorable addition to your game too.
