ANIMAL CROSSING: NEW HORIZONS Teases Upcoming Changes and Events in Next Update Trailer
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is getting ready for more events now that Bunny Day is over. That’s why a new series of updates is on its way out on April 23 for the start of Nature Day. This event will run from April 23-May 4 and provide special Nook Miles challenges focused on improving nature like planting trees. Then, from May 1-7, players will be able to enjoy the May Day Tour where they can get a one-time May Day Ticket to go on a limited-time tour of a unique island. This island tour will include a familiar special visitor. Third, May 18-31 will be International Museum Day. Players will be able to take part in a Stamp Rally at their island’s museum for a special in-game reward. Finally, Wedding Season will be happening throughout the entire month of June. This will allow players to meet Reese and Cyrus, a married couple, over on Harvey’s island and help arrange and take anniversary photos. In return, you’ll get wedding-themed items from the lovely couple.
Of course, these events aren’t the only things coming with the update. Leif will be appearing on islands with his Garden Shop. Players will be able to buy an assortment of foliage and other green decorative items from the sloth (he’s a sloth, right?). Finally, Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler will make occasional visits to islands. Here, in-game art and furniture with unique colors will be sold. The art can be added to the museum’s new art gallery. The catch is that not all of the art will be genuine. It’s up to you to learn which are real and which are fake. The free update will be available for New Horizons on April 28.
