Animals Get Crazy and Throw a Wild Party in First Trailer For PETER RABBIT
The first trailer has been released for Sony Picture's animated film Peter Rabbit, and I'm sure it would make Peter Rabbit author, Beatrix Potter, roll over in her grave if she saw what they've done. Regardless, it looks like the movie will be fun for the kids and probably never make them want to read the book because the book will probably be too boring for them compared to this.
The movie stars James Corden as Peter, Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki, and Daisy Ridley in the roles of the triplets, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail. Domhnall Gleeson also stars in the film as Mr. McGregor, who you get to see scream like a little girl in the trailer. Here's the synopsis:
Peter Rabbit, the mischievous and adventurous hero who has captivated generations of readers, now takes on the starring role of his own irreverent, contemporary comedy with attitude. In the film, Peter's feud with Mr. McGregor (Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door (Rose Byrne).
Peter Rabbit comes out on February 9th, 2018 and I won't be rushing out to see it.
