Anime Expo to Host First 4DX Anime Film Fest
Anime Expo is happening at the beginning of July and there’s a new event for attendees to get psyched about. Recently, CJ 4DPLEX and Anime Expo have announced that they’re teaming up for the first annual 4DX Anime Film Fest. This event will take place at Regal LA Live and feature three anime films in glorious 4DX: Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer, Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the MOVIE – A Wakening of the Trailblazer, and Mobile Suit Gundam NT. After the viewing of NT, there will even be a Q&A with writer Harutoshi Fukui and English voice actors Erika Ishii and Griffin Puatu. Here’s the full schedule:
July 3 @ 7:30 PM - Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer
July 3 @ 10:20 PM - Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the MOVIE – A Wakening of the Trailblazer
July 4 @ 2 PM - Mobile Suit Gundam NT (Narrative)
While the 4DX Anime Film Fest will be free to Anime Expo attendees, there is limited room and so there will be ticketing involved. Details about acquiring tickets will be revealed soon. Are you planning on heading to this inaugural event?
