Anne Hathaway Set To Star in FRENCH CHILDREN DON'T THROW FOOD

Anne Hathaway is set to star in a feature film adaptation of Pamela Druckerman’s autobiography French Children Don’t Throw Food. The project is set to be produced by StudioCanal and Blueprint Pictures (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, and Emma) and it seems like the kind of role in a film that Hathaway won’t have any problems slipping right into.

The story centers on “a 35-year-old American journalist in Paris contending with pregnancy and parenthood. Unlike her fellow Americans, Druckerman learns that pregnant French women aren’t purchasing every parenting bible known to man, nor are they obsessed about natural births or C-sections. As she tries to balance family life and her career, she looks to uncover why the French have such well-behaved children. However, it’s all a facade.”

The big question is… will we see any French kids throwing food in the film?! Seriously, though, I like Hathaway’s work for the most part. Yeah, she’s made a few duds, but she’s proven to be a great actress over and over again.

The script for the movie is being written by Jamie Minoprio and Jonathan Stern.
