Another Classic STAR WARS Character Rumored to Appear in THE FORCE AWAKENS
We already know several of the core characters from the original Star Wars trilogy will be returning for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Those characters include Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, R2-D2, C-3PO, and of course, Luke Skywalker. Now a new rumor suggests another character will make a return from the original trilogy.
Possible SPOILERS ahead:
The following rumor could be a big spoiler if true. It was first reported by Star Wars News Net. A source claims to know somebody involved with dubbing the film for the international release, and this is what they revealed:
“I know someone who works in the ****** media (dubbing) who assured me that there was indeed a scene with Yoda in The Force Awakens.”
This wouldn’t be the first time I’ve heard this rumor. I heard the same thing from an acquaintance of mine. I didn’t want to post it because I wasn’t feeling a 100% confident in it. Now that I’m hearing it from another source, though, I thought I'd put the rumor up and see what fan reactions would be.
If Yoda does return, obviously he would come in the form of a force ghost, and I imagine there would be a scene between Yoda and Luke Skywalker. That’s just my speculation, but it would make sense if that actually turned out to be the case.
Frank Oz reprised his role as the voice of Yoda for a season one episode of Star Wars Rebels, and if the character is included the character in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I’m sure he would have come back to reprise the role.
If Yoda is in the film, do you have any ideas on how he might be utilized?
