ANT-MAN Director Peyton Reed is Producing a New CBS Series Called THE UNICORN

Ant-Man director Peyton Reed is set to executive produce a new show for CBS called The Unicorn. The show will be written by Bill Martin and Mike Schiff who will also executive produce alongside Reed. The Unicorn will be a comedy about a widower, and here’s a description from THR:

“The Unicorn centers on a widower who is eager to move on from the worst year of his life, only to find he’s utterly unprepared to raise his two daughters on his own. He’s equally unready for a dating world where, to his shock, he’s suddenly a hot commodity.”

It sounds like it has potential with the right cast and script. You can check out some of Martin’s and Schiff’s work as they are co-executive producing Fam for CBS which is set to premiere on January 10, 2019.
