The Falcon and The Winter Soldier star Anthony Mackie is a big fan of Boba Fett and during a recent appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Mackie showed off a couple of Boba Fett bounty hunter helmets that he owns. One is a replica helmet signed by the original actor Jeremy Bulloch, and the other a motorcycle helmet that was custom made to look like Fett’s helmet. The actor said:

"I pulled this off the shelf, man. My friends who've been over have seen this, but no one has ever seen this, it's never been out of the case, okay? So, true story, I met a guy who idolized as a kid and I wanted to be this character my entire career. When they recently made a show about him, I told my manager, 'If I'm not cast as that character, I will never talk to you again, you'll be eating pork and beans in West Hollywood.' I wasn't cast as that character. So I met this actor named [Jeremy], and [Jeremy Bulloch] was the original Boba Fett. I have an autographed helmet, autographed helmet by [Jeremy] himself, as Boba Fett. How cool is that?"

When musician Reggie Watts asked Mackie if the helmet was functional, Mackie said:

"This is a mock-up of the actual helmet that was worn in the movie, so it has all the dents and all the scrapes. But my motorcycle helmet, I got my makeup artist in Cincinnati to paint it -- I should go get it, next time. Can I go run and get it now?"

He goes on to say that his motorcycle helmet was painted by his makeup artist when he was doing Point Blank in Cincinnati. Watch Mackie show off his little collection below.

Maybe one day Mackie will show up as a Mandalorian character in one of these Star Wars shows being made.

James Corden asks Anthony Mackie to take part in Late Late Show & Tell, and after Anthony shows off a very special replica of Boba Fett's helmet, he remember...
