The popular battle royale video game Apex Legends is almost available on the Nintendo Switch. To help celebrate the launch, Western Digital has teamed up with Respawn Entertainment for a new Apex Legends-themed SanDisk microSDXC card for the Switch. The card offers 128 GB of storage which will hold quite a few games depending on what you play. As of August 2020, NBA 2K20 ranks the biggest game on the console at 32.9 GB (The Gamer). Heck, Apex Legends comes in at only 25 GB according to the eShop page.

The card offers transfer rates up to 100 MB/s (100 MB/s read and 90 MB/s write) for not only fast speeds when moving games to the card, but also good speeds for loading them. This is a great option for anyone who got a Switch recently, or maybe has a smaller card installed. There’s just one catch. It’s not hard to find a similar card for less money out there. The card costs $30.99 and it’s worth it if you like Apex Legends and want a card with that logo and the Nintendo Switch logo. Heck, having this could help you organize different cards if you happen to have more than one for some reason.
