Apple TV+ Moving Forward With Full Series Order of FRAGGLE ROCK Reboot

Apple TV+ has been giving fans a little treat during the quarantine with brand new shorts of the classic series Fraggle Rock. While they’ve done well to dip their toes in the water, and fans have been watching the weekly episodes, the streamer has decided to move forward with a full series order for the kids show, which they’ve titled Fraggle Rock: Rock On!.

Apple said the series, which is filled with lovable Jim Henson puppet characters, will feature “new songs and adventures, with the same spirit as the classic.” The full-length series will feature original performers Dave Goelz (Boober, Uncle Travelling Matt) and Karen Prell (Red), and Matt Fusfeld and Alex Cuthbertson (Community) will serve as showrunners. Harvey Mason Jr. (Zoey’s Infinite Playlist) is the executive music producer, and will continue the show’s emphasis on musical fun.
