ARCANE Lands a Perfect Rating on Rotten Tomatoes After Series Ends
Arcane officially came to an end this past weekend and holy crap! This show took audiences on quite an incredible journey! I freakin’ loved this show and I’m sad that it’s over.
While I loved the show and how it ended, I think there was definitely room for at least one more season to flesh out the story a little bit more. But, in the end, I’m happy with the outcome.
The series currently has a perfect critics score on Rotten Tomatoes with both Season 1 and Season 2 receiving 100%. Not only that, but both audiences' scores are pretty strong too, with Season 1 pulling in 97% and Season 2 pulling in 91%.
On top of that, the show’s ranting on IMDb is also impressive as Season 2 is currently rated above 9, which makes it currently one of the highest-rated shows in IMDb history.
Yes, Arcane is easily one of the best video game adaptations of all time. The creative team at Riot did such a great job bringing this story to life, and I’m happy to see that all of the time and money that was put into this thing paid off.
In the series, sisters Jinx (Ella Purnell) and Vi (Hailee Steinfeld) find themselves caught on opposing sides of a conflict in the utopian city of Piltover and its poor underbelly, Zaun.
In the cities of Piltover and Zaun, “tensions rise as inventors, hooligans, politicians, and crime lords grow increasingly dissatisfied with the constraints of a devastated society.
“With the situation on the verge of being unsustainable, two sisters steal an artifact of immeasurable power. Discovery and danger collide as heroes are born and bonds are broken. Will this power change the world? Or will it lead to ruin? This is the world of Arcane.

Act 3, the final act, will be released on November 23rd.
