Are These The 20 Most Romantic Films of the 21st Century?

Who says we only have to talk about romantic films around Valentine's Day? Editor Rohan Gupta sent us this video countdown of his 20 most romantic films of this century, and I'm guessing it'll be a good starting point for a conversation in the comments. I imagine we all have different notions of what "romance" entails; personally, I don't think The Theory of Everything should be anywhere near this list, but that's just me. What do you all think? Is this list accurate? Were some of your favorites left off?
