Atari 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition Makes Your Console Yellow

Recently, Atari announced a pretty cool collector’s item: the Atari 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition! As a refresher, the Atari 2600+ is a home video game console that can play Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 cartridges and connect to modern TVs with HDMI output and a widescreen mode.
The PAC-MAN Edition is a nice reskin where the console’s black and faux wood paneling are turned into black and yellow with a fun image of PAC-MAN and his four ghosty friends on the front.
It looks fun and the pack-in controller is also yellow and it comes with the new PAC-MAN: Double Feature (PAC-MAN 2600, PAC-MAN 7800) game cartridge. You can pre-order this version of the Atari 2600+ now for $169.99 with an expected ship date of October 2025.
In addition, the Atari CX40+ Wireless Joystick is available in 5 new colors. They are the aforementioned yellow for PAC-MAN, red for Blinky, blue for Inky, pink for Pinky, and orange for Clyde. Each joystick will cost $39.99 and are available to pre-order now.
Finally, Atari is releasing the High Score Collection for the 7800 which includes PAC-MAN: Double Feature, Dig Dug, Galaga, and Xevious. You can get the box set of games for $139.99 or separately for $34.99. Not gonna lie, I really like the box set aesthetic.
