Atari Launches MISSILE COMMAND: RECHARGED to Mobile Devices
Missile Command is a classic arcade game where you defend the earth from missiles by shooting them down. It’s really fun and I’m sure many of you have fond memories of playing it. Well, Atari and Nickervision Studios has now launched Missile Command: Recharged on mobile devices. This is a revamped version of the game that you can take with you on the go.
In addition to shooting down missiles you’ll be able to shoot powerups that give you more defensive measures, speed boosts, or a special blast that’ll clear the screen for you. You’ll also be able to compete on global leaderboards and earn achievements to show how good you really are. There’s even an augmented reality feature that you can use with a virtual arcade cabinet for a new dimension of fun.
