AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY Poster Assembles a Wild Team of Marvel Heroes From Across the Multiverse
A new promotional poster for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Doomsday has brought together a pretty wild collection of superheroes, giving fans another look at the massive crossover heading to theaters later this year.
The poster features seven heroes from the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four, putting characters together who, not too long ago, we never thought we'd see sharing the screen in a live-action Marvel movie.
The lineup includes Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Gambit, Sam Wilson (Captain America), Yelena Belova (Black Widow), Thor, Shuri (Black Panther), and Ben Grimm (The Thing).
It's a fun mix of characters, especially with Gambit standing alongside established MCU heroes and members of the Fantastic Four. Seeing these different corners of Marvel's universe finally come together is one of the most exciting things about Avengers: Doomsday.
Of course, these seven heroes are only a small portion of the movie's massive cast. The film will bring together Earth's Mightiest Heroes and their multiversal allies to face Doctor Doom, who is expected to unleash some serious destruction.
Along with Doom himself, the heroes will reportedly face Sentinels under his control, with an army of Doombots also likely to join the fight. That's going to make for some insane action sequences, especially with so many different heroes bringing their powers into battle.
Interestingly, Doctor Doom is completely absent from this particular poster, keeping the attention on the heroes who will be standing against him.
However, fans have gotten another look at the villain thanks to a recently revealed Avengers: Doomsday theater display, which offers a closer look at his costume.
There's still plenty we don't know about how all these characters will come together, but the idea of the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four fighting alongside one another against Doctor Doom is already enough to get Marvel fans excited.
Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters on December 18, 2026.
