AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Funko Pop! Leak Reveals Thor's New Weapon
A photo of a new Avengers: Infinity War Funko Pop! figure has leaked and it offers us a closer look at the new weapon Chris Hemsworth's Thor will be wielding in the movie.
As you can see, the hammer that Thor wield in the Ultimate Universe. It's his Ultimate Mjoinir and it's pretty freakin' powerful. Hemsworth previously teased Thor's new weapon saying:
"You'll have to see, I can't give that away. But there is something pretty exciting coming. I think the fans will know and love and be excited for it."
The hammer was teased in a piece of concept art last year, and rumors and speculation have been discussed by fans regarding it. One fan theory suggests the handle is made out of Groot wood. Who knows, though. Even if that was the case, I don't think there will be a point in the film where Thor says, "Hey, everybody! The handle of my new hammer is made of Groot wood!"
We do know for sure is that Thor will brandish a new weapon in Infinity War as he takes on Thanos to try and stop him from destroying the universe. Ultimate Mjoinir, would make sense for him.
