Awesome First Trailer for Ryan Reynolds' Time-Travel Adventure Film THE ADAM PROJECT
Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming time travel sci-fi adventure film The Adam Project, and it looks freakin’ awesome! This movie feels like a nostalgic movie that was pulled right out of the ‘80s, something we would have seen come from Steven Spielberg’s classic Amblin film label. The trailer just has that classic magical feel that we’d see from that era. I love it!
Ryan Reynolds stars in the film, and he plays time-traveling fighter pilot Adam Reed, who travels to 2022 where he "teams up with his 12-year-old self on a mission to save the future.”
The movie also stars Zoe Saldana as Laura, the love of Adam's life, who finds herself lost in the timestream. They are joined by Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo as Adam’s mom and dad, Catherine Keener as the film’s villain, and Walker Scobell as Young Adam.
The movie was directed by Shawn Levy (Stranger Things, Real Steel) from a script written by T.S. Nowlin and Jonathan Tropper.
