Awesome New Animated Short Film for STAR WARS: SQUADRONS Titled 'HUNTED'
Star Wars fans are pretty excited for the upcoming game, Star Wars: Squadrons. Well, EA recently released a CG short for fans to enjoy to help set the mood.
The short is called Hunted, and it’s a really good short. I’d watch a little miniseries like this for sure. Hunted takes place before Squadrons and introduces us to “one of the ace pilots who players will fight alongside in the single-player story.”
In this standalone story, Imperial forces are in retreat after a surprise attack by the New Republic at the Imperial dockyard orbiting Var-Shaa. However, for Titan Squadron Leader Varko Grey, the battle is far from over. He finds himself as the last TIE pilot on the battlefield, hunted by a determined New Republic X-wing.
Squadrons will be available starting October 2 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and VR (for both PS4 and PC) with cross-play support. I’m pretty excited. If you pre-order the game now, you’ll get cosmetic items shown off in Hunted.
