Awesome THOR: RAGNAROK Featurette Takes Us Behind-The-Scenes of Weta Workshop

Weta Workshop has released an awesome featurette for Thor: Ragnarok that takes us behind-the-scenes showing us the incredible work that they did in helping bring Taika Waititi's film to life. It's so cool to see some of the costumes and weapons that were used in the film being built. The amount of care and detail they put into everything they did is super impressive.

The video also feature interviews with some members of the Weta crew who helped bring all of this stuff to life. One of the things they make a point of mentioning is the crazy colors used in the film to pay tribute to Jack Kirby's amazing comic art. One of my favorite aspects of the film was how much of the design was influenced by Kirby.

The latest film in the Marvel universe has Kiwi blood running through its veins! New Zealand's Weta Workshop manufactured hyper-stylised armour and weapons for Thor: Ragnarok. This may be our most colourful job yet.
