Awesomely Creepy New Trailer For INSIDIOUS: THE LAST KEY!
I'm a huge fan of the Insidious horror movie franchise! I've enjoyed all the films that have been made so far and this fourth film looks so awesomely creepy! Today we have a new trailer for Insidious: The Last Key and it features some great and scary new footage! I'm pretty excited to see this movie! I'm sure it will scare the crap out of audiences.
The story offers new details on the mythology and centers around the parapsychologist Dr. Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) as she faces her most fearsome and personal haunting yet. The haunted house that she will be dealing with in this story, is her own family home, the home that she grew up in. And let's just say life growing up in that home was a terrifying experience.
As the story plays out during their investigation we learn about the early life of Elise before she became a parapsychologist. Her experiences in this home are obviously the reason that she does what she does.
The film was written by Insidious co-creator Leigh Whannell (Saw). He wrote every film in the trilogy and directed Insidious: Chapter 3. The movie was produced by Insidious regulars Jason Blum, Oren Peli, and co-creator James Wan. This fourth film was directed by Adam Robitel (The Taking of Deborah Logan). I'm not really familiar with his work, but it looks like he's done a great job with this movie!
The rest of the cast includes Angus Sampson, Whannell, Josh Stewart, Caitlin Gerard, Kirk Acevedo, Javier Botet, Bruce Davison, Spencer Locke, Tessa Ferrer, Ava Kolker and Marcus Henderson.
Insidious: The Last Key is set to be released on January 5th, 2018.
